Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
Delivery charges are raised against local (NG) postcodes. City Centre deliveries are free of charge but charges are then raised dependant upon local (NG) deivery postcode. Should your delivery postcode not be on the list then please select "None of the above" from the drop down list and a delivery charge of £6.00 will be applied.
We accept all orders assuming the details given are correct. If for any reason they are not - which leads to non-delivery - we cannot be held responsible and no refunds for goods or delivery can be offered.
Wherever possible we endeavour to send the chosen goods. However due to lack of availability for any reason, goods may have to be substituted for goods of similar appearance, value and quality. |
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are to UK mainland only.
Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm. Orders for the same day delivery must be placed before 2pm.
Please contact us to arrange for timed deliveries or deliveries outside these hours for which a small additional charge is applicable.
If the recipient is not at home the delivery will be left with a neighbour, returned to the shop or left in a safe sheltered place at the delivery address. A card will be left to inform the recipient of the outcome. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Due to the nature of our product all orders are delivered in the best possible condition. Should you recieve an order which is damaged or not to your satisfaction then please call us on 0115-950-4045.
